L-Methiocid is a product that supports the functioning of the urinary tract and reduces the risk of struvite stones in dogs and cats. It is especially recommended for pets with struvite stones and bacterial infections of the lower urinary tract. It can be used preventively if there is a risk of urinary tract infection. Its main ingredient is L-methionine, which acidifies urine and bile, thanks to which it can demonstrate beneficial effects in preventing the precipitation of deposits in the urinary and biliary tracts, thus preventing their infection. All raw materials contained in the product are Human Grade, which ensures their high quality and suitability for human consumption.
Use:
It is recommended to administer the following amounts of the product with a meal, depending on the animal's body weight:
- Animals <10 kg – 1 capsule every 12 hours
- Animals 10-25 kg – 2 capsules every 12 hours
- Animals > 25 kg – 3 capsules every 12 hours
Recommended duration of use: 6 months. If necessary, open the capsule and mix its contents with your favorite treat. If the feeding method is based only on dry food, it should be slightly moistened so that the contents of the capsule adhere to the food and are consumed by the animal. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use.
