Shipping Policy
All prices in our online store include VAT but exclude shipping fees. The final delivery cost is calculated at checkout according to parcel size, destination and the selected courier. We also support secure card payments via KLIX.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania on business days. During peak periods processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Large or Bulky Items
Products that exceed standard parcel dimensions (such as cages, grooming tables, dryers, furniture or bathtubs) are not eligible for free shipping promotions. These items are usually shipped on pallets via Schenker or other freight partners, and additional delivery charges apply. Customers may also pick up such items directly from our warehouse in Vilnius or arrange their own transportation.
Couriers & Tracking
We cooperate with FedEx, DPD, Omniva, SmartPost, Schenker and local courier partners depending on the destination country. As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the shipment.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country, selected service, order size and courier network capacity. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, Groomica cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, local holidays or carrier disruptions.
Shipping rates and thresholds
For European Union destinations we offer economy shipping with free delivery for orders over €200, except oversized or pallet shipments. For other regions shipping is calculated according to courier rates at checkout.

*Shipping availability depends on geopolitical restrictions and courier limitations. Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to war zones, sanctions or suspended routes.
Additional Conditions
If an automated system calculates shipping incorrectly, we reserve the right to adjust the final rate based on parcel size, destination or special handling requirements. In such cases, we will inform you and provide the updated rate for your approval before shipping.
Customs & Import Restrictions:
Customers outside the EU are acting as the Importer of Record and are responsible for ensuring that the purchased products (e.g., pet cosmetics, pet food products, grooming tools) comply with their local import regulations. Groomica does not provide country-specific veterinary, sanitary, or FDA-style certificates. We are not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by local customs due to missing import licenses or restricted ingredients. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for shipping costs or destroyed goods.
