Flora Defense is a dietary supplement for dogs and cats designed to support digestive health, especially during and after antibiotic therapy.
Flora Defense contains pure Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. boulardii yeast cultures, Lactobacillus rhamnosus lactic acid bacteria, and a prebiotic (oligofructose). These bacteria exhibit natural resistance to most antibiotics and are not digested in the digestive tract. The beneficial Lactobacillus rhamnosus bacteria, on the other hand, produce lactic acid, which lowers the pH level in the intestines, thus inhibiting the growth of harmful, pathogenic microorganisms. They stimulate local and systemic immunity.
The product is intended for dogs and cats struggling with diarrhea, during or after antibiotic therapy. Additionally, Flora Defense reduces the risk of candidiasis (fungal infection), a common condition after antibiotic treatment. It prevents intestinal obstruction and the migration of pathogenic bacteria into the intestines. All ingredients in the product are Human Grade, ensuring their high quality and suitability for human consumption.

Dosage:
The recommended daily dose of the supplement depends on the animal's weight. It should be administered with a meal. Animals 40kg - 3 capsules. If your pet has trouble swallowing the tablet whole, it is recommended to open the capsule and mix its contents with their favorite treat or food. If your pet's diet is based solely on dry food, to administer Immunactiv Balance, slightly moisten the capsule so that the tablet's contents adhere to the food and are consumed by the animal.
