Its unique design allows your dog to move freely, making it highly valued for sports and training activities. The jacket is made of three layers of material: a waterproof polyester outer layer with a hydrophobic coating made from recycled fibers, a thermal insulation inner layer, and a warm, soft synthetic fur lining with antistatic properties to prevent fur tangling. A high, fold-over collar protects the neck, and the minimal number of seams reduces abrasion risk and enhances water resistance. The jacket is 2 cm longer than other Pomppa jackets of the same size, providing more coverage and warmth.

Tip: The ToppaPomppa jacket is a great winter jacket for those really harsh winters. As we know, even dogs can be particularly sensitive to the cold, for example, those with very short hair, without an undercoat, or those who are sick or elderly. For them, we recommend adding a JumppaPomppa fleece underneath for additional insulation against the cold.
How to Care for Your Pomppa Dog Clothing:
Avoid unnecessary washing. Besides water consumption, frequent washing wears out the fabric and its coating. If there are no visible stains or dirt, try airing the product in a well-ventilated area or placing it in the freezer to remove odors. If necessary, machine wash the clothing on a delicates cycle at 30°C. Do not use harsh detergents, stain removers, bleach, or fabric softeners. Hang the clothing to dry after washing. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. The outer layer of the jacket is coated with a water-repellent coating that degrades with repeated washing. You can recreate this coating using waterproofing products commonly available in outdoor clothing stores.
Choosing the Right Size:
A properly selected size provides the best possible thermal protection and allows your dog full freedom of movement. The right size protects key muscle groups and ensures the garment stays in place even during sprints or crazy jumps. Pomppa jackets and sweatshirts are designed to fit a variety of dog shapes: slender, with a broad chest, and with well-defined, well-developed muscles. When choosing a size, it's important that the sweatshirt doesn't restrict your dog's mobility or cause any other discomfort. The decisive factor in selecting the correct size for a ToppaPomppa jacket is the dog's back length. We recommend avoiding choosing a size smaller than the dog's back length. Depending on the dog's proportions and coat type, the correct size may be larger than the back length. Another factor to consider is that due to the thickness of the materials, the waist circumference should be slightly larger than the dog's own waist circumference for a coat to fit comfortably. Depending on the dog's proportions, the belt doesn't necessarily fit around the narrowest part of the dog's waist.
