Used by professional groomers for many years, this gentle product is formulated for sensitive skin that requires immediate relief. Designed primarily for pets with dry, itchy skin that frequently scratches, it's enriched with ingredients such as glycerin, oat extract, lavender oil, and chamomile. This combination brings relief to dry, red, and flaky skin, helps moisturize and protect against moisture loss, and accelerates the regeneration and rebuilding of the epidermis.
The shampoo is made with gentle, animal- and human-safe ingredients, formulated to provide a thorough cleanse while simultaneously caring for the skin and coat, without irritating or drying them out. The natural cleansing base removes impurities without stripping the natural hydro-lipid barrier. It's so gentle you can safely bathe puppies and kittens. It's free from soap, SLS, SLES, phosphates, parabens, and harmful petrochemicals. It's easy to use and rinses off. It leaves a beautiful scent, and most importantly, it delivers excellent results.

Directions for Use
Shake the bottle before use. When preparing a shampoo solution, always add shampoo to water, not the other way around. Use the diluted product within 24 hours.
Traditional bath: Mix one part shampoo with six parts water (for very demanding coats, you can reduce the dilution). Apply the prepared solution to your pet's damp coat. Massage thoroughly until a rich lather is produced. Rinse thoroughly. If necessary, wash your pet again. Use the appropriate ProGroom conditioner. Dry and style the coat.
Hot tub bath: Add 5-10ml of shampoo to every 1L of water in the tub, or simply add one pump (approx. 30ml of shampoo) for a 5L product.
