The bowl: with a simple lock that easily removes from the base for filling and cleaning.

The base: a screw-on, hollow container (lightweight for transport) with non-slip feet that you fill with water, sand, and water or ice to create a base that can weigh over 6kg (model for medium-sized dogs) or even over 10kg (model for large breeds).
Once you place the bowl back on the base, your dog won't be able to move or tip it over. Feeding time will be more enjoyable for your pet because they won't have to chase the bowl to eat their meal anymore!
Did you know that a bowl that doesn't move can also slow down pets' eating speed? Rapid swallowing can mean they don't chew properly and swallow air, which can negatively impact digestion, cause regurgitation, and flatulence.
Advantages of Heavy PetWeighter Bowls:

Tip: The bowl has two hooks on the sides that click into the base. You can use this bowl lock, but you don't have to. If your dog isn't "playing rough," place the bowl on the base by aligning the hooks with the embossed open padlock symbol – the bowl won't be locked. You can remove it by simply lifting it. You can fill the base with water, sand, sand and water, or ice cubes. For the heaviest load, use sand and water together – this will give you a weight of about 13kg (medium bowl). Water alone weighs up to 7kg (medium bowl). Fill the base with ice cubes – on hot days, it will help keep wet food fresh for a while.
