The PerusPomppa for Harness is suitable for both daily walks and more active dogs. Its unique design allows for complete freedom of movement, making it highly valued for sports and training activities. The jacket is made of two types of material: a waterproof polyester outer layer with a hydrophobic coating, made with recycled fibers, and a soft, warm synthetic fur interior with excellent insulating properties. The lining is antistatic to prevent long fur from tangling. A high, fold-over collar protects the neck, and minimal seams reduce the risk of abrasion while increasing water resistance.
The jacket features only one waist closure, with no straps or elastic leg loops, yet it fits perfectly and stays in place during any activity. It's easy to put on and take off, lightweight, and packs down to a compact size, making it easy to take on any adventure without adding weight to your luggage. Reflective elements ensure your dog's safety in low light conditions. A hole in the collar allows you to attach a leash, and a second hole on the back allows for harness attachment, designed to minimize water ingress.

Tip: The PerusPomppa jacket is excellent for dogs with slightly thicker fur. For exceptionally cold-prone dogs, dogs with very short hair, without an undercoat, or seniors, consider adding a JumppaPomppa fleece jacket underneath for extra insulation.
Care Instructions
Avoid unnecessary washing to prevent wear and tear on the fabric and its coating. If there is no visible dirt, try airing the product in a well-ventilated area or placing it in the freezer to remove odors. If necessary, wash the garment in the washing machine on a delicate cycle at 30°C. Do not use harsh detergents, stain removers, bleach, or fabric softeners. Hang to dry after washing. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. The water-repellent coating degrades with repeated washing, but can be restored using waterproofing products from outdoor clothing stores.
Choosing the Right Size
A properly selected size provides optimal thermal protection and allows full freedom of movement. The right size protects key muscle groups and ensures the garment stays in place during activity. Pomppa jackets and sweatshirts are designed to fit various dog shapes, including slender and broad-chested dogs. The decisive factor in selecting the correct size is the dog's back length. Avoid a size smaller than the dog's back length. Depending on the dog's proportions and coat type, a larger size may be necessary. The waist circumference of the coat should be slightly larger than the dog's waist for a comfortable fit.
