How It Works
Fill the compartments with treats or dry food. The compartments are locked using sliding pegs, rotating drops, and a "sun" dial. By sniffing and using their paws or mouth, your cat will discover compartments that they will need to unlock before reaching for the treats hidden within.
Adjust the toy's difficulty level to your cat's skill level:
- First time: put treats in the toy and leave the compartments unlocked.
- To make it easier for a novice, while still keeping the treats visible, use clear drops to block access to the treats.
- To make it more challenging for super-smart cats, use all kinds of locks—drops, pegs, and a rotating "sun."
Remember—cats decide when they want to play, and it doesn't always happen when we want them to. Let your cat decide when they want to use the toy.
