This is necessary because phosphorus levels are usually too high in individuals with kidney disease, and the formation of calcium-phosphate complexes facilitates the excretion of excess phosphorus.

Feeding and Dosage:
We recommend consulting a veterinarian before first feeding. The initial recommended feeding period is 6 months. Consult your veterinarian about extending this period. Patients with kidney failure often experience a loss of appetite. To encourage your dog to eat, it's a good idea to serve slightly warmed food and divide it into three daily servings. Ensure your dog has access to fresh drinking water.
