Directions for Use:
As a general disinfectant: First clean heavily soiled surfaces with detergent. Prepare a solution of 4ml of Best Shot 256 Disinfectant per 1L of water. If you're dealing with parvovirus, use 16ml of liquid per 1L of water. Clean the surface with the solution using a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, automatic washer, sprayer, pressure pump, or by immersing the object. If using a sprayer, maintain a distance of 15-20 cm from the surface being cleaned. Do not inhale the spray! Rub in the solution with a cloth or sponge. Change the sponge or cloth frequently to prevent re-deposition of dirt. The cleaned surface must remain wet for at least 10 minutes. After this time, wipe with a clean cloth or allow to dry naturally. Rinse all surfaces that come into contact with food, such as countertops, tables, and stoves, thoroughly with clean, potable water. If you plan to wax or polish the disinfected floor, rinse the solution off.
Preparing the fungicidal/virucidal solution: For heavily soiled surfaces, pre-cleaning is required. Add 4 ml of the solution to 1 liter of water to disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces. Apply the solution using a brush, mop, sponge, automatic cleaner, mechanical spray device, or by immersion to thoroughly wet the surfaces. If using a spray, maintain a distance of 15-20 cm from the surface being cleaned. Do not inhale the spray! Rub in the solution with a cloth or sponge. Change the sponge or cloth frequently to prevent re-deposition. Protected surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. Allow to dry naturally. Rinse all food contact surfaces, such as countertops, tables, and stoves, thoroughly with clean, potable water.
To protect hard, non-porous surfaces: Before disinfecting, remove all food and packaging materials, as well as all animals and feed from rooms, animal transport vehicles, and runs. Remove all feces and manure from floors, walls, and surfaces of poultry houses, pens, stalls, chutes, and other surfaces of facilities and equipment occupied or used by poultry or other animals. Empty all troughs, feeders, and other feeding and watering equipment. Thoroughly clean surfaces with soap or detergent and rinse with water.
Veterinary clinics/veterinary laboratories/animal care facilities/research facilities/laboratories/animal quarantine areas/zoos/pet stores/dog houses/animal breeding and grooming facilities/aquariums: To clean and disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces, use a solution of 4 ml per 1 liter of water to thoroughly wet the surface. Apply with a cloth, mop, brush, sponge, automatic washer, mechanical sprayer, or by immersion. If using a spray, maintain a distance of 15-20 cm from the surface being cleaned. Do not inhale the spray! Rub in with a cloth or sponge. Leave the surface wet for 10 minutes. Soak all halters and other hard, non-porous equipment used for handling and restraining animals, as well as forks, shovels, and scrapers used for removing bedding and manure, in the solution. Ventilate buildings and other enclosed spaces. Do not house animals or use equipment until the solution has been absorbed or dried.
