BEMO VetLine Immune Extra is a natural product supporting immunity in pets. One of the active ingredients of the product is beta-glucan (1.3/1.6), a polysaccharide derived from the cell walls of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which has unique, strong properties that stimulate the immune system.
Beta-glucan is a type of polysaccharide that occurs naturally in the cell walls of fungi, yeast, and even bacteria. Studies show that beta-glucan has the ability to activate the body's immune system. The main mechanism of action of beta-glucan is to stimulate macrophages, which are a type of immune cell, to produce cytokines and other signaling substances. This, in turn, leads to the activation of immune system cells such as neutrophils and natural killer (NK) cells, which strengthens the body's overall defense response. Stimulating non-specific immunity by beta-glucan means that the body becomes better prepared to fight various types of infections and pathogens. At the same time, it does not have harmful side effects, which makes it an excellent support for the health of the immune system.
Natural plant extracts contained in the Bemo VetLine Immune Extra product support the functioning of your pet's immune system. Wild rose extract supports the immune system, mainly due to its high content of vitamin C and other nutrients. Vitamin C is known to play a key role in the functioning of the immune system, helping to produce white blood cells, which are crucial for fighting infections. Additionally, vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from free radical damage. In addition to vitamin C, rosehip extract contains other antioxidants, polyphenols, fatty acids and minerals that also support the body's overall immunity by protecting cells from damage and by regulating immune processes. Purple coneflower, also known as echinacea, is a plant known for its excellent immune system supporting properties. Echinacea purple extract contains compounds such as polysaccharides and flavonoids that support the activity of the immune system. Studies show that echinacea helps shorten the duration of the infection and alleviate its symptoms. Additionally, echinacea contains antioxidants that help fight free radicals and protect cells from oxidative damage. Echinacea also has antiseptic properties, which means it helps fight infections, including the upper respiratory tract (e.g., kennel cough).
Gelatin capsule enables easy consumption and use of the product. It dissolves quickly and effectively in the stomach, which allows the active ingredients to be quickly released and absorbed by the body. Additionally, if your pet has trouble taking tablets/capsules, the convenient "open-off" cylindrical capsule system allows you to open the capsule and pour its contents into the animal's food. In addition, the gelatin capsule protects the active ingredients against moisture, light, and other factors that may affect their stability.

Dietary additives: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 20 mg, vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopherol acetate) 5 mg, selenium (sodium selenate (VI)) 25 µg.
Sensory additives: rosehip extract 4:1 (Rosa Canina L.) 200 mg, purple coneflower extract 4:1 (Echinacea purpurea) 150 mg, 1.3/1.6 beta-glucan 130 mg.
Form: powder contained in a gelatin capsule.

Administration
Mix with food or administer directly into the mouth.
Tip: The capsule can be opened and its contents mixed with food. If the diet is based only on dry food, the food should be slightly moistened so that the contents of the capsule stick to the food and are consumed by the animal. In periods of significant weakness of the body and reduced immunity, the use can be increased to 1 capsule for every 10 kg of body weight.
Storage
