BathPomppa is a highly absorbent cotton dog bathrobe. It allows you to quickly dry your pet after contact with water – bathing, walking in the rain, splashing in puddles. It protects your pet from hypothermia. It's perfect for at home or on the beach. Worn after a walk in the countryside, it will protect your car's interior from sand and mud.
The bathrobe is made of incredibly soft and absorbent, double-sided Loop Safe® cotton. This highly durable fabric features loops that won't unravel when touched by sharp claws. Additionally, the fabric dries faster, shrinks less, and lasts longer than a regular cotton towel. It's finished with a soft hem. The high, adjustable, fold-over collar protects your pet's neck and ears. A minimal number of seams reduces the risk of chafing. The bathrobe has a G-hook waistband to keep it in place. Adjustable waistband allows for a precise fit to your pet's build. Because some dogs don't like having anything on their paws, the back flaps of the robe can be fastened under the tail. This solution prevents the coat from slipping and blowing away, ensures the material fits snugly against the pet's body, and quickly wicks moisture away from the skin and fur. The robe is easy to put on and take off, and is machine washable.

Tip: The BathPomppa bathrobe not only absorbs moisture from your dog's fur after a bath, but also provides it with adequate thermal comfort. Short-haired dogs without an undercoat, or senior dogs, may need additional thermal protection in colder weather. You can wear a bathrobe on your dog on colder days, treating it like a sweatshirt.
How to care for your Pomppa dog bathrobe:
If necessary, machine wash at 40°C. Do not use harsh detergents, stain removers, bleach, or fabric softeners. Hang the bathrobe to dry after washing. Do not tumble dry, iron, dry clean, or bleach. Wash with similar colors.
Choosing the right size:
A properly selected size will ensure faster drying and allow your dog full freedom of movement. The right size protects the most important body parts from cooling and ensures the clothing stays in place even during sprints or wild jumps. Pomppa clothes are designed to fit a variety of dog shapes: slender, with a broad chest, and well-defined, well-muscled dogs. When choosing a size, it's important that the hoodie doesn't restrict your dog's mobility or cause any other discomfort. The decisive factor in selecting the right size bathrobe is the dog's back length. We recommend avoiding a size smaller than the dog's back length. Depending on the dog's proportions and coat type, the correct size may be larger than the back length. Another factor to consider is that due to the thickness of the materials, the coat's waist circumference should be slightly larger than the dog's waist circumference for a comfortable fit. Depending on the dog's proportions, the belt doesn't necessarily fit at the narrowest part of the dog's waist.
About the brand:
The first Pomppa products were created by the brand's creator, Meri Alku. Having participated in numerous agility competitions with her dogs, she searched for suitable clothing for her pets for a long time, one that would meet the requirements of combining adequate thermal protection with complete freedom of movement, especially during intense activity. Armed with her knowledge of textiles, Meri Alku decided to sew her own clothing for her dogs. These were received with such enthusiasm by other dog owners that the designer decided to pursue making dog warmers professionally. Over time, the collection grew (and continues to grow) to include several different products, available in a wide range of sizes and colors. Their goal is to improve dogs' well-being by ensuring thermal comfort in all weather conditions.
