Description
The Baskerville Ultra Muzzle is a physiological muzzle for dogs that ensures safety while allowing free panting and treat-taking during training.
The Baskerville Ultra Muzzle is made of a very lightweight and durable, yet flexible and soft-to-the-touch material. Its design prevents dogs from biting or snacking on walks, while also allowing them to take treats from their hands during training. Importantly, the physiological muzzle allows for free panting, which is essential for regulating body temperature.
The Baskerville Ultra dog muzzle is flexible and can be individually adjusted to fit your dog's muzzle. Simply immerse the muzzle in water at 70-80°C for 4-5 minutes. The straps under the chin and on the sides are lined with neoprene. It has a three-position adjustable fastening to ensure the muzzle stays in place. A perforated strap with a metal buckle ensures quick and secure fitting. There's a loop under the chin for additional security. Optionally, you can attach additional safety straps above the muzzle and use a carabiner to fasten them to the back of your dog's neck.
Remember: Wearing a muzzle should be a daily occurrence for your dog, not a punishment. It must be accustomed to it slowly and carefully. Don't expect your dog to immediately and easily accept the muzzle. Plan for an adjustment period of several weeks. Initially, wear the muzzle for very short periods. Gradually, the time you wear the muzzle should be increased. Don't overwork your dog, as this will lead to complete refusal to wear the muzzle.
Tip: The muzzle must be large enough for the dog to open its mouth and breathe freely. The front part should be 1 cm from the nose. The dog breeds listed should only be a guide to choosing the right size. It depends on the dog's size and muzzle shape.
