User Instructions:
Plug in the power cord, place the collar around your neck, and position the dryer. Turn it on by sliding the button. To increase the speed, adjust it one notch. You can also activate the temperature by sliding the button to the medium or maximum setting. When drying is complete, turn the dryer off by sliding the speed button down. Clean the filter after each use. For handheld use, remove the dryer from the holder and activate it in the same way as for a neck-mounted device.
